Job summary

Serco Inc. in the Washington DC area seeks a Submarine Infrastructure Analyst to support NAVSEA programs and ensure fleet readiness. You will lead shore infrastructure initiatives, coordinate with TRFs, NAVFAC, and TYCOMs, and build tools to improve visibility and reduce backlog.

You must have an active DoW Secret clearance and at least 10 years of defense infrastructure experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active DoW Secret security clearance.
• 10 years' experience in engineering, science management, operational facility planning, or major defense infrastructure/acquisition programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field; alternatives accepted with related experience.
• Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or fleet operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior NAVSEA leadership.
• Willingness to adopt new digital tools like SharePoint and improve processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong customer, interpersonal and organizational communication skills.
• Experience leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer.
• Ability to travel at least 10%.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Lead & Coordination: lead shore infrastructure and TRF readiness initiatives.
• Transition Agreements & Facility Scope: manage transition agreements and funding delineation.
• TRF Readiness & Site Integration: audit and verify equipment and facilities readiness.
• POM & Funding Alignment: review MILCON and FRM funding for out‑year needs.
• Lessons Learned Integration: derive actionable insights from prior ship class changes.
• Stakeholder Liaison: interface with NAVSEA, NAVFAC, CNIC, TYCOMs, and TRF leaders.
