Job summary

Serco Inc. invites candidates for a Supply Support Readiness Review (SSRR) Administrative Manager role at the Washington Navy Yard, DC. You will provide New Construction Submarine support to Team Submarine, handling meeting minutes, stakeholder communications, and stowage management.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a bachelor’s degree (or 6 years related experience). Strong MS Excel/PowerPoint skills and the ability to travel up to 10% are essential.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 8 years of related experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Attend and document meeting minutes and prepare official reports, manage presentations and agendas.
• Assist the Stowage Team and manage GFE stowage changes for current submarine construction hulls.
• Draft and route stowage change letters, maintain files and logs.
• Perform change verification and access NAVSUP sites as needed.
• Coordinate supply chain and expediting tasks with NAVSUP and DLA representatives; maintain NAVSUP One Touch status account.
