Serco Inc. is seeking a Submarine Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Washington, DC area. You will provide senior technical expertise for U.S.
Navy submarine systems, including monitoring, analysis, maintenance planning, and guidance for fleet issues. The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure safety and mission readiness. Qualifications include a DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain), US citizenship, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related
Competenze
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
- US citizenship required.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years DoD/Armed Services experience or equivalent.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Mansioni
- Develop/review operational and technical docs (PMP, PMS, PMCs, System Health reports, DFS, LARs, SEPM).
- Review engineering drawings on-site and provide recommendations.
- Prepare briefs for decision makers up to Flag level.
- Coordinate with IPTs, Program Offices, Navy personnel and contractors.
- Oversee CBM/RCM practices and lifecycle sustainment of submarine systems.
