Job summary

Serco Inc. in Manassas, VA seeks a Construction Engineering Support to join Team Submarine in the Navy in-service program.

The role focuses on fluid systems engineering support, technical planning, and brief development for decision makers; you will participate in IPTs and prepare briefs up to Flag level. You must be able to obtain a DoW Secret clearance, have a technical bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in engineering, strong communication, time management, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Time management and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask.
• Wamiliar with Microsoft Office and ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and fluid systems support to the program office.
• Develop briefs and input for decision-makers; presentations to audiences up to Flag level.
• Perform planning, cost, schedule, risk, and supportability analyses across life cycle phases.
• Participate in IPTs and meetings; work as a team player to enhance the program.
