Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its Financial Services Subledger practice in the US. You will lead complex finance transformation, subledger modernization, and investment accounting initiatives for insured, banking, asset management, and alternative investment clients.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams to solve finance and accounting challenges, modernize data environments, and deliver scalable technology solutions that improve reporting and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
• 6+ years in finance transformation, investment accounting, or related engagements.
• Experience leading project workstreams and managing client engagements.
• Experience defining business/data/reporting requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial services processes, reporting, and data flows.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, FRM, PMP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation and accounting initiatives for financial services clients.
• Direct and manage workstreams and teams through delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with client executives and technology teams to drive design and program execution.
• Oversee data migration, reconciliation, testing, and data governance efforts.
• Define enterprise reporting and analytics strategies and BI solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and support practice growth initiatives.
