EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in our Financial Services Subledger practice to lead finance transformation initiatives for insurance, banking, asset management, and alternative investment firms. You will implement subledger modernization, data migrations, and enterprise reporting solutions, partnering with business, accounting, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, investment accounting, subledger, financial systems implementation, or technology consulting engagements.
• Experience with financial products including payments, deposits, loans, securities, derivatives, insurance contracts, reinsurance, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel, or similar tools for solving complex business and accounting challenges.
• Understanding of financial services' business processes, accounting operations, and data flows.
• Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders in client-facing environments.
• Experience analyzing, reconciling, and validating financial data across system implementations, conversions, or transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver investment accounting, subledger, and financial systems implementation programs across the financial services sector.
• Evaluate current-state processes and technologies, design future-state operating models, and support implementation roadmaps.
• Partner with business, accounting, and technology stakeholders to drive solution design and delivery.
• Gather and document business, functional, data, and reporting requirements; design accounting frameworks and posting rules.
• Develop functional specifications and process documentation to support business and technology transformations.
• Lead data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation efforts across complex financial systems.
• Develop testing strategies and validate: functional, integration, UAT, and parallel testing.
• Design and develop reports and dashboards using BI tools to inform decisions and support regulatory compliance.
