Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, subledger, and financial systems implementation or technology consulting engagements.
• Experience with financial products including payments, deposits, loans, securities, derivatives, insurance, etc.
• Strong analytical skills using SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of financial services processes, reporting, and data flows.
• Client-facing collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience reconciling and validating financial data across implementations.

Responsibilities

• Support finance transformation and technology-enabled accounting initiatives across financial services clients.
• Lead data conversion, reconciliation, and testing activities with defined strategies.
• Develop reporting, analytics, and BI solutions to inform decisions and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors and client stakeholders to configure and deploy solutions; provide training and post-go-live support.
