Job summary

Noblis in Reston, Virginia, is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of subcontracting for diverse programs. You will ensure FAR compliance, collaborate with Program Managers, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

The role requires solid experience with FAR/DFARS, multiple subcontract types (FFP, T&M, IDIQ, Cost Reimbursable), and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is required. Remote/hybrid status may change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience or higher.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and related supplements applicable to subcontract administration.
• Hands-on experience administering commercial and government subcontracts, including T&Cs and flow-down provisions.
• Ability to analyze RFPs and develop compliant subcontract RFPs for government requirements.
• Experience with multiple subcontract types (FFP, T&M, IDIQ, Cost-Reimbursable).
• Experience in CPSR or equivalent purchasing system.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full subcontract lifecycle for assigned programs, including planning, RFPs, negotiations, award, administration, and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CPSR, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with PMs, Contracts, Pricing, and cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements in the subcontracts function.
• Support prime proposals by developing subcontract strategies and documentation.
• Maintain accurate subcontract records and regulatory compliance.
• Promote use of new tools and standardized workflows.
