Job summary

X Energy, LLC, a leader in advanced nuclear fuel technology, is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to manage contracts, NDAs, subcontracts, and vendor agreements within a DOE-regulated, NQA-1 environment. You will conduct cost/price analyses, ensure SAM.gov compliance, and coordinate with program managers, finance, engineering, and quality to drive compliant procurement.

This full-time role offers a pathway from Level II to IV, with responsibilities increasing from supporting tasks to leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or negotiable based on experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience negotiating complex subcontracts and federal contracts preferred.
• Level II: ~3 years in subcontracts/contracts administration.
• Level III: ~5 years in subcontracts/contracts administration.
• Level IV: ~10 years in subcontracts/contracts administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Identify contract requirements and terms for subcontractors and vendors.
• Authorize and direct work per contractual requirements.
• Negotiate change orders and amendments; resolve issues with customers and vendors.
• Maintain procurement files and ensure compliance with DCAA, CPSR, CFSR, and Prime Contract requirements.
• Vet vendors through SAM.gov and maintain approved vendor list.
