Job summary

Lockheed Martin's Sikorsky division is hiring a supply‑chain professional to own major subcontracts, drive supplier performance, and improve overall supply‑chain effectiveness. You will work with engineering, program, finance, and quality teams to align requirements and resolve issues while authorizing supplier agreements within defined authority.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
2+ years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARS) or Defense DFARS.

Responsibilities

Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate‑to‑high‑risk subcontracts.
Collaborate with engineering, program, finance, and quality teams to align requirements and resolve issues.
Authorize supplier agreements and purchase orders within role authority.
Develop and refine subcontract specifications, statements of work, and terms & conditions for materials and services.
Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and draft final awards.
Administer subcontracts and oversee change activity while ensuring compliance.
