Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Professional experience in Supply Chain Management (procurement, subcontract administration, subcontract management, negotiation, proposal, and/or category management).

Responsibilities

• Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for procurement of materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts.
• Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals.
• Negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes packages for review, and administers subcontracts.
• May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
