Qualifications

• Experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage major subcontracts and supplier performance initiatives.
• Oversee procurement cycle and purchase order administration
• Lead evaluation of proposals, contracts, and modifications.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics including on-time delivery and cost variances.
• Coordinate with Programs, Engineering, Legal, and Government customers.
