Job summary

Dynamic Systems, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to coordinate downstream service and construction subcontracts, work authorizations, and purchase orders (POs) and amendments to ensure timely execution via DocuSign.

Collaborating with Legal/Risk Management, you will maintain contract folders, manage amendments, and support project teams including accounting, risk, and project management to ensure compliance and accurate closings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all downstream DSI Service & Construction Subcontracts, Work Authorizations, and Purchase Orders, including amendments to ensure timely execution via DocuSign.
• Coordinate with Legal/Risk Management to incorporate upstream flowdowns and insurance.
• Maintain subcontract/PO amendments and folders; create project-specific certificates.
• Assist project managers and accounting in closings and contract audits.
• Produce and publish reports as required.
• Work cross-functionally with accounting, project management, risk management, and legal on contracts/subcontracts/PO management.
• Perform special projects and other assignments as requested by internal teams.
