You will work with a supportive production team, with all materials provided, to deliver high-quality home improvements and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters or siding in home improvement.
• Must have FEIN; W2 position may be a fit if no FEIN.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work at heights, and perform physical labor.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Measure and install according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials for a precise finish.
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail on every installation.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners for a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite.
• Coordinate with production staff on materials, scheduling, and inspections.
• Ensure timely completion and report issues or delays promptly.
• Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner on site.

What You’ll Do:

• Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards

What You Need:

• Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, siding, or experience in the home improvement industry (minimum 2 years preferred)
• A FEIN Federal Employer Identification Number ; No FEIN a W2 position may be a fit for you
• Ability to lift to 100 lbs., work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite
