Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvement is seeking motivated installers to join our growing production team in Tennessee. We offer a strong benefits package and consistent year-round work on a wide range of home-improvement projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or general home-improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, precise finish.
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail on each installation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every job site.
• Coordinate with production staff on materials, scheduling, and inspections.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report delays.
