We offer high-volume work, full benefits as a W2 employee, and a professional production team to support project success. Earn between $55,000 and $85,000 yearly depending on experience and project volume.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or home improvement industry (2 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Accurately cut and fit materials for a precise finish.
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail on every installation.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners for a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite.
• Collaborate with production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report delays promptly.
• Represent Southern Industries Home Improvement professionally on site.
