Southern Industries Home Improvement in Charlotte, NC is seeking experienced installers to professionally measure, cut, and fit materials for high-quality finishes. You will work on windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or siding, lifting up to 100 lbs and coordinating with our production team to ensure on-time project completion.

This role offers a high volume of steady work with materials provided and a professional team to support each project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or siding or equivalent home improvement work.
• FEIN required; No FEIN a W2 position may be a fit.
• Ability to lift to 100 lbs., work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite.

• Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, precise finish.
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite.
• Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly.
• Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site.

Window Installer Earning Potential of $55,000 to $85,000 yearly

Bath Installer Earning Potential of $65,000 to $95,000 yearly

Siding Installer Earning Potential of $65,000 to $85,000 yearly

What You Need:

• Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, siding, or experience in the home improvement industry (minimum 2 years preferred)
• A FEIN Federal Employer Identification Number; No FEIN a W2 position may be a fit for you
• Ability to lift to 100 lbs., work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite
