Job summary

Southern Industries is seeking an experienced Production Installer to join our home improvement team in the Charleston area. You will professionally measure, cut, and fit materials according to manufacturer guidelines to achieve a clean, precise finish on every project.

Key tasks include coordinating with production staff, communicating with homeowners, and maintaining a safe, efficient jobsite while delivering quality workmanship and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or experience in the home improvement industry (minimum 2 years preferred)

Responsibilities

• Measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, precise finish.
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite.
• Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly.
• Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site.
