Job summary

Optus, Inc. is seeking a Subcontractor Coordinator to collaborate with subcontractors across markets and support contract execution. You will qualify new subcontractors, manage agreements, and analyze vendor data to optimize coverage and performance.

The role requires a BA/BS and 2–3 years related experience, with strong Excel and Word skills; Salesforce CRM is preferred. You will report to services leadership and work to improve efficiency and customer service while upholding Optus' Core Values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and two to three years related experience and/or training.
• Proven negotiation results and strong relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across management and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to qualify and solicit new subcontractors.
• Coordinate email and direct mail campaigns to recruit and add subcontractors.
• Manage subcontractor agreements, including pricing negotiation, verification of skills, insurance, and agreed response times.
• Analyze vendor database by geography to identify coverage weaknesses.
• Load and update vendor information in internal systems; participate in measuring and ranking subcontractors.
• Create reporting and analysis on CRM, call recording, call metrics, and other tools; present findings to leadership.
