Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Corporate Insurance Coordinator – Subcontractor Compliance to support the Corporate Insurance Department by collecting and reviewing insurance documentation, coordinating enrollment in CCIPs and OCIPs, and resolving compliance issues across self-perform entities.

You will manage certificates of insurance, endorsements, renewals, and audits, and collaborate with subcontractors, brokers, and project staff to ensure compliance on nationwide projects; travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of documentation and time-sensitive follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with subcontractor insurance coordination and wrap-up programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and track certificates of insurance and endorsements from subcontractors and lower-tier subcontractors.
• Evaluate documentation for compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate enrollment in CCIPs, OCIPs, and other programs.
• Resolve missing, expired, or noncompliant documentation with subcontractors.
• Monitor certificate expirations and follow up on renewals.
• Maintain accurate insurance records in internal and external systems.
• Communicate compliance status to project teams and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project teams, brokers, and program administrators.
• Assist with insurance audits and project closeouts.
