Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Corporate Insurance Coordinator – Subcontractor Compliance to manage subcontractor insurance documentation and enrollment in CCIPs/OCIPs, supporting the Corporate Insurance Department. The role collaborates with project teams, brokers, and administrators nationwide, with travel as needed.

Qualifications include strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Prior insurance coordination or wrap-up program experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of documentation, competing priorities, and time-sensitive follow-up.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Prior experience in insurance coordination, subcontractor compliance, construction administration, wrap-up insurance programs, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and track certificates of insurance and endorsements from subcontractors and lower-tier subcontractors.
• Evaluate insurance documentation for compliance with contractual and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractor enrollment in CCIPs, OCIPs, and other project-specific insurance programs.
• Resolve missing, expired, or noncompliant documentation and enrollment issues with subcontractors.
• Monitor certificate expiration dates and follow up on renewals.
• Maintain accurate insurance, enrollment, and compliance records.
• Communicate compliance status to subcontractors and project teams.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontract administrators, brokers, and program admins.
• Assist with audits, project closeouts, reporting, and related duties.
