Job summary

Grunley Construction Company Inc is seeking a Small Business & Federal Compliance Manager to oversee the Small Business Program and serve as a primary liaison with diverse small business entities.

You will ensure compliance with federal contract requirements, monitor program performance, and support business development teams in pursuing federal opportunities while maintaining integrity and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Marketing or Compliance.
• Minimum three years of small business program/contract administration experience.
• Knowledge of CFR, Public Law, FAR, DFAR and related regulations.
• Understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in Federal Government contracting.

The Small Business & Federal Compliance Manager oversees the Small Business Program and acts as a key point of contact with representatives from small disadvantaged, women-owned, small veteran-owned, small service-disabled, HUBZone, and Historically Black/University and Minority Institutions.
