Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Deputy Program Manager in Malabar, FL to support the F-35 product line. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance to coordinate and manage program execution in accordance with L3Harris processes and procedures.

The role offers growth into a Sr. Program Manager on large production contracts, with emphasis on relationship-building, risk management, and delivering on schedule, cost, and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• Graduate degree with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of related experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships to support program execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Establish performance metrics, clarify priorities, and develop plans to meet budget, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Use program management tools to monitor, analyze, and report performance against contract requirements and forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functional program activities and support timely, informed decision-making across stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver clear presentations and status updates to senior program managers and customers.
