• Experience managing subcontract-oriented programs with budgets, schedules and performance metrics.
• Experience supervising or leading a team of professionals or managers.
• Proven ability to communicate with internal stakeholders, external customers, and cross-functional peers.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance of subcontractors.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and subcontract program management plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, quality, and procurement to ensure successful subcontract execution.
• Oversee the full subcontract lifecycle from business case through contract closeout.
• Establish milestone objectives and monitor performance against schedules and specifications.
