Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Dallas, TX seeks a Subcontract Management professional to oversee end-to-end subcontract processes, ensuring cost, schedule and technical objectives are met across moderate-to-high-risk contracts.

You will lead cross-functional subcontract management teams and manage supplier performance, while developing supplier specifications and negotiating terms through development, production, and sustainment. U.S. citizenship and secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail- and teamwork-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end subcontract processes and ensure cost, schedule and technical objectives are met.
• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation.
• Develop subcontract specifications, statements of work and terms for materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder conferences, evaluate proposals and negotiate terms.
