Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with supply chain management, buying or procurement.
• U.S. Citizenship; Current Secret clearance or ability to achieve.
• FAR/DFAR knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• The Subcontract Mgmt Stf supports the Skunk Works Global Supply Chain Management organization. Negotiates, issues and administers subcontracts; prepares bid packages and conducts bidders' conferences; analyzes proposals and selects subcontractors.
• Leads development of subcontract specifications, work statements, terms and conditions; negotiates price and schedule; coordinates with contracts and purchasing to implement policies.
