Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a skilled Subcontracts Manager responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex build-to-print subcontracts across commercial, DoD and international programs.

You will lead multifunctional teams, develop subcontract specifications, write and negotiate terms, and manage bid packages and awards. A Secret clearance and strong MS Office skills are required, with a proven ability to work independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail and teamwork oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proven problem solving, business acumen and decision-making能力.

Responsibilities

• Oversees supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on subcontract programs.
• Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams and procurement actions.
• Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within authority.
• Develops subcontract specifications, work statements and terms and conditions.
• Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders conferences, and develops evaluation criteria.
• Negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, and prepares awards.
• Administers subcontracts and required change activity.
