Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Manager to oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop subcontract specs, and guide procurement from bid through award and post-award changes.

Ideal candidates bring experience with high-dollar subcontracts, LM P2P/SC Navigator, and strong knowledge of LMAP and FAR/DFARs, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-dollar, complex Subcontracts.
• Experience with LM Procure-2-Pay (P2P) and SC Navigator.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Accountable to meeting commitments.
• Experience with Proposals.
• Experience with FAR/DFARs.
• Ability to decompose and analyze supplier proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, complex subcontracts.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and sign supplier agreements within authority.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for procurement of materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals and negotiate terms.
