Job summary

You will be the Subcontract Management Stf for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk COTS and complex build‑to‑print subcontracts.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Management Stf you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams and overseeing the full lifecycle of subcontract procurement and administration.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Develop and negotiate subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
  • Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.
  • Manage procurement delegation, sign supplier agreements, and issue purchase orders within authority.
  • Administer awarded subcontracts, oversee change activity, and ensure compliance with schedule and technical requirements.
  • Lead cost, schedule, and performance monitoring for commercial, DOD, and international programs.

Basic Qualifications
  • Must have an active secret clearance
  • Prior experience with procurement, supply chain, and/or subcontracts on US Government programs
  • Ability to interface effectively with Sr. Management and suppliers to achieve desired program objectives
  • Experience with Fixed Price, Cost Plus, and T&M subcontract types
Desired Skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions
  • Experience managing development complex subcontracts
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-function Supplier Management Teams
  • Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / LMAP / and MFC Work Instructions
  • Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within the Defense industry
  • Experience with LM Procure to Pay, SC Navigator, and 1LMX S4 HANA.- Control Account Management (CAM) experience
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
