• Requires bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of subcontract formation and administration.
• Ability to read and understand contractual language.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements the Supply Chain Assignment Schedule and standard work procedures for Subcontract Management.
• Gathers and compiles data for subcontracts documentation and management.
• Supports Subcontract Manager in completing tasks per guides and systems.
• Monitors subcontract performance and investigates issues.
• Prepares meetings, presentations, and status reports.
• Communicates and collaborates with Digital Supply Chain and automation tools.
