Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in subcontract/contract administration.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial administration of construction contracts.
• Proficiency in contract formation, administration, and change management.
• Excellent written and oral communication across project teams.
• Working knowledge of procurement regulations, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Executes subcontract administration from award through execution.
• Maintains progress reviews and forecasts; identifies obstacles to avoid delays.
• Coordinates with project staff on contractual rights, obligations, and performance.
• Interprets and communicates subcontract terms and conditions.
• Prepares periodic status reports for management.
• Monitors subcontractor performance per all subcontract provisions.
