Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
1+ years of project management or supplier management experience.
Ability to travel by plane to supplier facilities as needed.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

Source technical requirements per company policies, regulations, and customer needs to ensure on-time, high-quality material and/or services.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery considerations.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve best value.
Author clear contracts and supplements with defined provisions.
Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, ITAR and government/customer requirements.
Monitor delivery schedules and manage supplier performance against milestones.
Maintain records and documentation for audit trails.
