Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in program or engineering project management.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution and performance tracking with budget and schedule oversight.
• Develop metrics and dashboards using earned value management and Agile project management techniques.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage subcontractor/vendor performance.
• Maintain manpower plans and forecast staffing needs using EB tools.
• Support cost, schedule, commitments and deliverables for the program.
