Baxter in Marion, NC is hiring a Production Technician I- Subassembly to support machines that produce subassembly components for IV therapies and sterile solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment emphasizing camaraderie and quality, moving equipment and assisting with setup and maintenance.

You will join a team focused on saving and sustaining lives, with comprehensive benefits from day one, and a pay rate of $48,048 per year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 18+ years old.
• Manufacturing experience with preventive maintenance or machine troubleshooting.
• CRC (Career Readiness Certification) at the Silver Level preferred.
• Basic English written and oral communication.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs and GDP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate, supervise and adjust subassembly machines via HMI or manual controls.
• Load and replenish production supplies as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance, alignment, cleaning and lubrication of machines.
• Identify inefficiencies and call out deviations in machine performance.
• Assist Subassembly Operator in quality checks and packaging finished components.
• Document information in manufacturing logs or POMS per GDP.
• Execute machine changeovers and scheduled cleaning activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe 6S work area.
