Job summary

Subaru of Flemington is seeking an energetic parts professional to join our team. You will manage the parts sales process from start to finish, assist customers with price quotes, and ensure accurate pricing in line with estimates.

Responsibilities include pulling orders, weekly stock checks, billing internal requests, and collecting payments or extending credit approval to customers. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers.
• Review body shop estimates to verify parts ordered are correct and priced properly.
• Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
• Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.

• Ability to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
