Job summary

Reynolds' Subaru in Connecticut is seeking Express Technicians to join our growing team. We welcome hardworking individuals with little to no experience and provide in-house training to develop core automotive skills.

Pay rate is $18-$20 per hour, with opportunities to learn and advance within the dealership and Subaru network. Responsibilities include basic vehicle services such as tire rotation and oil changes, using power tools and diagnostic equipment, and maintaining efficient, accurate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and learn repair procedures.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Comfortable with power tools, machines and hand tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills for diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform basic vehicle services and maintenance (e.g., Tire Rotation, Oil Change, Wiper Replacements).
• Test systems to ensure components are secure and working properly.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in servicing and repairs.
• Repair or replace worn parts before failure.
• Use power, machine and hand tools to perform tasks.
