Job summary

Balise Auto Group in Hadley, MA is hiring entry-level Express Maintenance Automotive Service Technicians to join our team. We offer paid hands-on and web-based factory training, tool assistance, and a clear path from Express to Certified to Master Technician.

You will learn automotive systems, estimate time of service, communicate parts requirements, follow approved procedures, and uphold quality control in a modern, climate-controlled, safety-focused shop with uniforms, PTO, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the Express Maintenance Team, you will learn automotive systems and be able to explain repairs to others.
• Ability to estimate time of service or repair for scheduling.
• Knowledge of parts requirements and how to communicate parts needs via repair orders.
• Follow approved and established procedures for service and repairs.
• Maintain quality control and inspection requirements of the Service Department.
