Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mikes standards.
• Provide friendly, personalized service and create a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Learn all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
• Create positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mikes signature “neighborly banter”
• Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive restaurant culture.
