Jersey Mike’s Auburn, WA is seeking outgoing, hardworking Crew Members to join our team. You’ll help prepare fresh subs, deliver friendly service, and create a welcoming experience for every customer.

This role involves learning all areas of restaurant operations, following food safety standards, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting teammates with positive energy. Past restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable

Responsabilidades

• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards
• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork
• Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature “neighborly banter”
• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture
