Jersey Mike's Downtown is seeking energetic Crew Members to support daily operations and deliver a welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll help prepare high-quality subs, handle service duties, and keep the dining area clean and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh subs and menu items per Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Provide friendly, personalized service and a welcoming customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Learn all areas of restaurant operations including food prep and teamwork.
• Engage customers with Jersey Mike’s neighborly banter and positive energy.
• Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and detail.
