Jersey Mike’s is hiring Crew Members to join a friendly, fast-paced team. You’ll help prepare fresh subs, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, inviting restaurant. Training is provided to cover all areas of operations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow skills in all areas of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh subs and menu items to Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Provide friendly, personalized service and create a welcoming customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Learn all areas of restaurant operations, including food prep and teamwork.
• Engage customers with genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature “neighborly banter.”
• Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
