Job summary

Astemo Ltd. in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a Production Lead to supervise and support daily assembly department operations. You will establish production plans aligned with shipping times and coordinate changes with General Associates and Finished Goods to ensure smooth transitions.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently bend, stoop, reach and perform repetitive motions
  • Lift, carry, push and pull materials weighing up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including chemical-resistant gloves, aprons, face shields, and safety glasses
  • Ability to distinguish colors and read gauges, meters, labels, and process documentation
