Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Lead for its Berwick, PA facility to drive safety, quality and efficiency on a 3rd shift. You will oversee Production, Maintenance, Warehouse and Quality functions and mentor a team to meet daily targets.

The role requires 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to implement SOPs, train staff, and report performance. overtime may be required due to business needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• High School diploma is required; an associate degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Manufacturing experience with a focus on safety and quality is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to the shift team and drive SOP compliance.
• Lead production, maintenance, warehouse and quality functions as assigned.
• Ensure safety training, document daily reports, and communicate performance feedback.
• Oversee equipment changes, audits, and quality inspections as needed.
