Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Sub Agents to join our high-performing team. This is a 100% commission-based position with competitive pay at 50% commission. As a Sub Agent, you will have access to industry-leading resources, tools, and support, enabling you to grow your business remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with customers, offering customized transportation and logistics solutions.
2. Utilize our industry-leading booking platforms (Truckstop, DAT) to manage shipments and secure freight.
3. Leverage Sureway’s vast network of over 210,000 contracted approved carriers and 2,500 company assets to meet diverse customer needs.
4. Provide cross-border solutions with access to transloading facilities in Laredo, TX.
5. Maximize the Customer LTL portal to access rates from over 600 companies 24/7.
6. Use company-provided prospecting database tools to expand your customer base.
7. Collaborate with our dedicated back-office team for accounting and invoicing support.
8. Stay informed about market trends to offer valuable insights to clients.
