Job Title: Sub-Agent at Hinkley Point C

We're seeking a Sub-Agent to join our KierBam JV project at Hinkley Point C, based in Bridgewater, Somerset. KierBAM is a joint venture partnership between Kier and Bam Nuttall.

Location:

Site Based, Bridgewater, Somerset

Hours:

Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities:

The Sub-Agent will provide engineering control and supervise production resources, ensuring compliance with project and company systems for a defined area of the works at Hinkley Point C. Your daily tasks will include:

1. Producing, monitoring, and managing short-term lookahead programmes
2. Maintaining sound commercial awareness at the Sub-Agent level
3. Managing temporary works on-site, with prior experience as a TWS/TWC
4. Providing input and review of permanent works design to ensure constructability
5. Managing change processes through RFI, FCR, NCR
6. Managing and mentoring junior staff

Candidate Requirements:

This role is ideal if you have:

• Previous experience in RC works
• Experience as a sub-agent or as a Section Engineer aiming to progress into a Sub-Agent role
• CSCS certification
• SMSTS certification
