Your Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and collect outstanding accounts receivables to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
• Analyze and resolve denied, unpaid, or disputed claims with creativity and persistence.
• Leverage your knowledge of health insurance contracts to optimize collections.
• Document actions, prepare adjustments, and manage financial arrangements effectively.
• Serve as a trusted liaison for internal and external customers.

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in a revenue cycle, collections, or healthcare billing setting.
• Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to technology.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Physical & Remote Work Requirements:

• Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods.
• A secure, ergonomically sound home office setup with a strong internet connection.
