About The Role
We seek an Associate Account Manager to service a portfolio of Management Liability accounts, including D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary Liability, and Crime for private and non-profit sectors. This remote position can be based anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier client service
  • Gather information from clients
  • Set up new clients in the AMS system
  • Review and process endorsements, loss runs, and notices
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate on renewals and endorsements
  • Review applications and follow up for completeness
  • Send applications to carriers for quotes
  • Document all transactions accurately
  • Manage accounts independently, ensuring timeliness and resolution of issues
  • Coordinate renewal documentation with team members
  • Perform other duties as needed

Required Experience and Education

  • 1-2 years relevant experience

Salary and Benefits

The salary range is $50,000 to $70,000 plus potential bonuses. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, HSA, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
