This role involves managing internal business projects and programs, leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing project delivery from inception to completion. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, monitoring, and managing external vendors. The position requires senior-level program management skills, experience with portfolio and project management tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage programs with staff and matrixed resources under oversight from AVP and VP.
• Serve as industry Subject Matter Expert and lead programs to meet critical needs.
• Escalate gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance.
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate business strategies.
• Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• 7-9 years of experience; 10+ years Provider Data Operations experience preferred.
• Experience with State Master Files and advanced Excel skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and ITIL are preferred.

This is a full-time, remote position at the Director seniority level within the IT Services and Consulting industry. Molina Healthcare offers competitive benefits and compensation, with a pay range of $80,412 - $156,803 annually.
