Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a friendly, proactive customer service representative. You will communicate with customers by phone, email and chat to keep them happy, while working remotely for a growing US-based business.

You will handle inquiries about product, pricing and availability, provide accurate answers, and collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs. The role requires 1–5 years in customer service, excellent English, a 50 WPM typing speed, and experience with Google Workspace

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent English language skills.

• Typing speed of 50+ WPM.
• Comfort with remote work and independent contractor status.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Great English.
• Sales experience and comfort.
• Typing at least 50 words per minute.
• 1-5 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management softwares.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• A second monitor and fast computer.
• A quite remote-work environment.
• Backup power by generator or battery.

We have a VERY strong demand among our clients for customer service representatives.

Compensation$ 2,500 - $ 5,000 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.
