You’ll build one-to-one client relationships, drive sales through styling and event participation, and collaborate with the team to promote product expertise across the store.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Excel in incentive-based styling by meeting SPH and KPI goals.
• Be the brand ambassador and product expert, driving incremental sales through wardrobing.
• Leverage in-store relationships, customer profiles, and loyalty programs to attract clients.
• Build meaningful relationships through authentic interactions and clienteling.
• Deliver best-in-class styling experiences per training.
• Know the store's neighborhood, events, influencers and style-makers.
• Identify and host appointments and in-store events through local marketing.
• Stay informed about competitors and current trends.
• Share product feedback with management.
